To be eligible for our adult foster care program, individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older
• Qualify for MassHealth coverage
• Have a medical or mental health condition that requires assistance with one or more activities of daily living (ADLs), such as walking, eating, full body dressing, using the toilet, or transfers (bed to chair)
• Receive clinical approval from their primary care physician (PCP) and MassHealth
